DREAM GIRL — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Dream Girl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

govern your access to and use of dreamgirl.world (the "Site")

and any products offered by Dream Girl LLC, a Delaware limited

liability company ("Dream Girl," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you ("you" or

"Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not

agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A BINDING

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 13)

THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU HAVE A 30-DAY RIGHT TO

OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION — SEE SECTION 13.4.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Site or purchasing products, you represent that:

(a) You are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly

accept orders from individuals under 18. If we learn

that an order was placed by someone under 18, we will

cancel the order and refund the payment method.

(b) You are a resident of the United States. We currently

ship only to U.S. addresses, excluding U.S. territories.

2. ABOUT DREAM GIRL

Dream Girl is a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer apparel and

accessories brand. Each collection is inspired by a specific

place and dedicated to one woman from that region who receives

financial support, mentorship, and professional introductions

through our grant program. See Section 9 for important details

about how our grant program works.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

3.1 Product Descriptions. We strive to display our products

accurately, including colors, materials, dimensions, and

sizing. Due to variations in monitors, lighting, and

photography, actual product appearance may vary slightly

from what appears on your screen.

3.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may

change without notice. We reserve the right to correct

pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an

incorrectly listed price, even after order confirmation

or payment.

3.3 Availability. Products are subject to availability. We

reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue

products, or modify offerings without notice.

3.4 Sales Tax. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout

based on your shipping address.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

4.1 Order Acceptance. Submitting an order constitutes an

offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we send

a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any

order at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Methods. We accept the payment methods displayed

at checkout, including major credit cards, Shop Pay,

Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. By providing

payment information, you represent that you are

authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Charges. Your payment method will be charged at the time

of order placement. If we cancel an order after charging

your payment method, we will refund the full charged

amount within 7-10 business days.

4.4 Order Confirmation. You will receive email confirmation

after placing an order. This acknowledges receipt of your

order but does not constitute acceptance.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Locations. We currently ship only within the

United States, excluding U.S. territories.

5.2 Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within

3-5 business days after order acceptance. Processing may

take longer during launches, sales, or holiday periods.

We will notify you of any material delays.

5.3 Shipping Costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based

on destination and selected method.

5.4 Delivery Estimates. Estimated delivery times are

provided at checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to

carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our

control.

5.5 Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon

delivery to the carrier.

5.6 Lost or Damaged Packages. Contact hello@dreamgirl.world

within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your

package is lost or arrives damaged.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1 14-Day Exchange Window. We accept exchanges or store

credit only within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer

cash refunds.

6.2 Eligibility. To be eligible for exchange or store credit,

items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all original tags attached

• In original packaging

• Free of stains, fragrance, odors, or signs of wear

6.3 Final Sale Items. Items marked "Final Sale," including

but not limited to discounted items, intimates, and

limited-edition pieces, are not eligible for exchange or

store credit.

6.4 Process. To request an exchange or store credit, email

returns@dreamgirl.world within 14 days of delivery. We

will provide return instructions.

6.5 Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return

shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect

items shipped by us.

6.6 Inspection. Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We reserve the right to deny exchange or store credit for

items that do not meet our return policy criteria. Items

denied will be returned to you at your expense.

6.7 Store Credit. Store credit has no expiration date and

may be applied toward future purchases on

dreamgirl.world. Store credit is non-transferable, has

no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Content. All content on the Site — including the

"Dream Girl" name, logos, designs, photographs, videos,

text, graphics, and other materials — is the property

of Dream Girl LLC or its licensors and is protected by

laws.

7.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive,

non-transferable license to access and view our content

for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy,

modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works

from our content without our prior written consent.

7.3 Trademarks. "Dream Girl," "the world is yours," our

logo, and other Dream Girl brand marks are unregistered

(common-law) trademarks of Dream Girl LLC. We claim

trademark rights in these marks based on our use of them

in commerce. You may not use these marks without our

express written permission. We may pursue federal

trademark registration in the future.

8. USER CONTENT

8.1 Submission. If you post content to our Site, social

media accounts, or share content tagged with our brand

("User Content"), you grant Dream Girl LLC a worldwide,

royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to

use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your

User Content in connection with our business, including

marketing and promotional purposes. This license

continues until you delete the content from your account

OR notify us in writing at team@dreamgirl.world to

request removal of specific User Content. We will honor

reasonable removal requests within thirty (30) days of

receipt.

8.2 Representation. You represent that you own or have the

necessary rights to your User Content and that it does

not violate any third-party rights.

8.3 Removal. We may remove any User Content from our

channels at our discretion without notice.

9. THE DREAM GIRL GRANT PROGRAM

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

9.1 Mission. As part of our mission, Dream Girl LLC commits

to providing financial support, mentorship, and

professional introductions to one woman per collection

(each, a "Dream Girl Grant Recipient"). The Dream Girl

Grant is funded from Dream Girl LLC's business proceeds.

9.2 NOT A CHARITABLE DONATION. Dream Girl LLC is a for-profit

limited liability company, not a registered 501(c)(3)

nonprofit organization. Your purchase of Dream Girl

products is a commercial transaction, not a charitable

donation. Purchases are not tax-deductible.

9.3 No Guarantee of Specific Outcome. The specific amount,

timing, and recipient of any Dream Girl Grant is

determined at Dream Girl LLC's sole discretion. The

grant program is a commitment of Dream Girl LLC as a

business, not a contractual obligation owed to customers,

and creates no legally enforceable third-party rights.

9.4 Transparency. We will publish information about each

Dream Girl Grant Recipient and the grant amount on our

Site and in communications. We do not warrant or

guarantee specific outcomes, project success, or impact

metrics related to grant recipients.

10. DISCLAIMERS

10.1 "AS IS" BASIS. THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON

AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES

OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR

NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy. We do not warrant that

product descriptions, pricing, or other Site content

is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or

error-free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAM GIRL LLC SHALL

NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR

DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS,

THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID

FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, PLUS

REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THAT PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation

of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is

limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dream Girl

LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any

claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including

reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

(a) your violation of these Terms;

(b) your gross negligence or willful misconduct; or

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

13.1 Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal claim,

you agree to contact us at hello@dreamgirl.world and

attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least

thirty (30) days.

13.2 Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any

dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or any

product shall be resolved through binding arbitration

administered by the American Arbitration Association

under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall

take place in the State of Delaware, unless both parties

agree otherwise.

13.3 Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding Section 13.2,

either party may bring claims involving an amount in

controversy of $10,000 or less in small claims court in

the customer's home jurisdiction, without resorting to

arbitration.

13.4 30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of the arbitration

agreement in Section 13.2 by sending written notice to

team@dreamgirl.world within thirty (30) days of your

first purchase. Your notice must include your full name,

mailing address, email address, and order number.

Opting out of arbitration does not waive any other

provision of these Terms.

13.5 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute will be

resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to

participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide

arbitration, or representative action.

13.6 Injunctive Relief Exception. Either party may seek

injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual

property rights without resorting to arbitration.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of

the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws

principles.

15. PRIVACY

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy,

available at dreamgirl.world/privacy, which is incorporated

into these Terms by reference.

16. MODIFICATIONS

───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post

modified Terms on the Site with an updated "Last Updated"

date.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email to

registered customers AND a prominent notice on the Site at

least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Site after that notice period

constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms for material

changes.

Non-material changes (typographical corrections,

clarifications, formatting updates, etc.) take effect

immediately upon posting.

17. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any

time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of

these Terms.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the

remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the

entire agreement between you and Dream Girl LLC regarding the

Site and our products and supersede any prior agreements.
